Heinz Dillemma

Anyone familiar with "Heinz Dilemma" ?

Simple really, ....goes as such:
Heinzs works in pharmacy...
His wife gets sick...and he cant afford the medicine...
Heinz steals the medicine...
Condiser.....Is Heinz wrong ?
...............................
Surprisingly (to me anyway) , a majority of people answer "Yes , Heinz is wrong" to the question .

However , moral philosopers would point out , that this shows a very low level of moral reasoning .

To answer that he is "wrong" , would in effect to be saying that the mankinds "right to possesions" , is more important that mankinds right to "good health" .

or more simply.. "money" is more important than "life"

Where is Heinz dillemma/dilemna better illustrated today with The United States (and others) staunch defence of her pharmaceutical companies patents ?......whilst people are dying of Diseases (including AIDS)....or being financially crippled to pay the high prices of medicines....The US has threatened to sanction South Africa , Brazil and India for ignoring these patents and producing our own form of the drugs.....

Her'es the problem , idiots.

What in effect she (The US) is saying is that her companies rights to make money are more important that other peoples rights to live.....call me touchy.....but get fucked !

You , being an idiot , may offer me the argument "but if there wasn't money to be made , no one would do research and develop new medicines"...

How pathetically cynical (and in charcter , stupid) of you ! And thats coming from a cynic!!

Nice moral reasoning, dickhead.....you can only foresee human beings might want to help each other ...if there is money to be made ?

Indeed...if you make that argument you even more clearly reveal the power money has had over you crippled little soul ...life's only worth saving , if there is money to be made ?

Go shoot yourself ....somewhere where it hurts.....but not lethally.....I need you around to laugh at .Prick.

......and here ends this morning lesson ...

if my wrist has ever been "limp"
it was due to the constant strain of carrying beer around...
